Warralily has celebrated many remarkable milestones since the first land sales were released in 2010. As we venture into our 10th year as a national award winning development with nearly 8,000 residents, we are set for more celebrations to come.

The winter months haven't held this award winning developer back from delivering some of Warralily's most important community outdoor activity spaces to date. With more than 82 stages delivered, 2,788 lots settled and
380 lots currently under construction our 7,500 strong community continues to prosper.

What a Winter for developments in Warralily! Our community infrastructure is really starting to take shape and with new businesses, groups, sports clubs and initiatives popping up all over the place, there's a real feeling of community in the air! The summer months have bought some significant turning points for Warralily. The opening of Warralily Village Shopping Centre and Armstrong Creek School has created 160 local jobs and bought great strength to the community offering at Warralily.
