The Grange

The view speaks for itself….
If you have had the opportunity to stand on the viewing platform on the top of The Hill you will understand what I mean.
You could also say the location speaks for itself, but it can’t talk…. so I will have to provide a few superlatives.

The Grange Without a doubt Mt Duneed’s newest address is not just a stunning location, but a location that is unique within the Armstrong Creek growth corridor. It is elevated in parts and will allow many discerning buyers the opportunity to enjoy panoramic views of the You Yangs, the ever-changing Geelong skyline & the Bay.

With a terraced 7,500m2 Village Park nestling in the heart of Grange, this tear drop shaped park literally flows up the hill and is sure to be well used by the multitude of growing families that are soon to call The Grange Home.

grangess.jpgThe Grange is an opportunity for those growing families and the wider Warralily community to upgrade to what possible could be their forever location, along with them still being able to enjoy the quintessential Warralily way of life.

With an abundance of established trees, diverse lot mix and well thought out guidelines, Warralily’s newest address is in hot demand. From the developer’s point of view The Grange is the ‘Jewel in the Crown’ of one of the most successful selling estates in Victoria.

As I mentioned at a recent builder breakfast function, I have not seen the sheer volume of inquiry in 7 years at Warralily for a new location, it has literally blown us away.

Given the location (proximity to Schools, Bannip Blvd, future town centre, Torquay & Waurn ponds Train Station, Waurn Ponds Shopping Village) The Grange is I’m sure, like its name sake, going to be not just highly regarded, but highly sort after and extremely valuable as each year passes.
