It seems like yesterday that the Armstrong Creek Town Centre was just an amazing idea, however construction is progressing rapidly and curious community members are driving past the construction every day, curious to see what will be there, and eagerly anticipating the opening of Stage 1 in July this year!
Soon enough we will be able to stroll through Kettlefish Street, Lagoon Parade and Halfmoon Drive and enter Stage One of this one billion (you read that right, BILLION) dollar project that is due to bring more than 22,000 job opportunities to Armstrong Creek as well as food, retail, living, business and activity facilities.
While some of us are patiently waiting for the announcement of

When complete the Armstrong Creek Town Centre will boats a whopping 97,000 sqm of retail space – Waurn Ponds is 48,000sqm and Westfield Geelong is 52,000sqm so its going to be a major destination place for Warralily, Armstrong Creek and the broader Gellong communities. We cant wait!
